| It was back in 1978 that Monty Python's Eric Idle and Saturday Night Live's Lorne Michaels shepherded a scrappy, cheeky, decidedly Brit Beatles parody/homage titled All You Need Is Cash onto prime time television. With appearances by the original Not Ready For Prime Time Players (Belushi, Aykroyd, Radner, Murray) and featuring an incredible score from composer and co-star Neil Innes plus a cameo by George Harrison himself, the original rock mockumentary found a place in the Fab Four's firmament. This many years later and with some terrific new bonus features included, we hope there is enough residual and renewed interest to at least recoup the cost of sharpening up this classic to true High Definition. |
